GUENARD`s 100% virgin avocado oil is obtained by cold pressing the avocado pulp. The gentle cold pressing process ensures that the natural characteristics of the avocado fruit, such as its typically mild creaminess, are optimally preserved. Virgin avocado oil refines numerous cold sauces and vinaigrettes and goes particularly well with shrimp or smoked salmon. The oil is also used to make fine cakes or, for example, the typical French `madeleines` or `financiers`.
