Sansho pepper goes well with fish, poultry, soups, stews and desserts. In Japan, this pepper is a table spice. The Japanese mountain pepper, the Sansho, comes from Japan and is very similar to the Sichuan pepper known and cultivated in China. Sansho pepper is beguiling and has a breathtaking aroma.
