Ingredients
Instant paste Tom Yum. Refined soybean oil, lemongrass 14%, shallots, water, lemon juice, salt, chili, galangal, sugar, kaffir lime leaves, acidity regulator: citric acid, flavor enhancer: monosodium glutamate E621, color: paprika extract E160c, preservative: sodium benzoate E211. Preparation: 1. Add 30g (approx. 2 tsp) to 690 ml boiling water. 2. Add shrimp and mushrooms if desired. Store cool after opening.

Ingredients
Instant seasoning paste with a hot, sour taste. Refined SOY OIL, 14% lemongrass, 13% shallots, water, lime juice, salt, chili, galangal, sugar, kaffir lime leaves, acidity regulator: citric acid, flavor enhancer: monosodium glutamate E621, color: paprika extract E160c, preservative: sodium benzoate E211. Preparation: In 3 cups (600 ml) of boiling water, add 2 tablespoons (40 g) of paste, shrimp and mushrooms if desired. Note: Goes well with fish, meat and poultry. Store in the refrigerator after opening.
