The designation RD stands for `Recemment Degorge`, recently disgorged. Matures for an extremely long time in the cellar, more than three times as long as legally required by the appellation. This gives it enough time to develop its aromas and the valuable patina of its structure. Aromas of ripe fruit, especially quince, but also a discreet honey aroma. In a second phase, roasted and even cocoa aromas emerge, along with a hint of star anise and nutmeg. Powerful and balanced, long-lasting taste.
