Breaks down cellulose in vegetables and fruits. Concentrated enzyme complex produced by yeasts. It breaks down cellulose present in fruits and other plant parts and clarifies juices and peels, liquefies and softens parts of raw fruits and vegetables, keeping the taste fresh. Cover, inject or immerse the product with cellulose solution. For higher performance, impregnation with 2-5 vacuum cycles is recommended. It can be applied directly to the powder on the product.
Enzyme in powder form. Maltodextrin, beta-glucanase, cellulase, preservative: E-211, anti-caking agent: E-551. Dosage: 0.1-5% diluted in water or in the product itself. Product intended for food use. Instructions for use: Add powder to the product, impregnate in a vacuum or inject with a syringe. Store in a cool, dry place.
