The benefits of lemon fiber are now also available in dry form. Texturizer is ideal for thickening soups and sauces. By using it instead of other binding agents, skin formation is reduced, fewer lumps are formed, it is less likely to burn and you only need a very small amount. For soups you need around 15g per liter, for sauces around 20g per liter. It is suitable for vegan cooking and does not need to be declared according to LMIV.
Vegan, taste-neutral sauce thickener. Citrus fiber, gelling agent pectin, vegetable oil (coconut), separating agent calcium carbonate. Soups approx. 1 teaspoon (5g) per 500ml. Sauces approx. 1 tablespoon (10g) per 500ml. Application: 1. Heat liquid in a pot. 2. While heating, mix Magic Texturizer into the liquid with a hand blender. 3. Heat the mixture for two minutes to 70-100°C, depending on the recipe. Store in a cool, dry place (max. 25°C, max. 70% relative humidity).
