Noilly Prat Original Dry, Vermouth, 18% vol.

Noilly Prat is a French white wine vermouth flavored with a secret blend of 20 different plants and herbs. It is stored outdoors in oak barrels until it matures and is exposed to sun, wind and weather. Gourmets call the result: gourmet gold. Its alcohol content is 15-18% by volume. Fine cuisine likes to use its very fine tartness as a cooking vermouth wine and give seafood stock or a more spicy sauce a sophisticated shot. In 1843 it celebrated its worldwide success as an aperitif.
