Food varnish (Glanzfix Spray), Ruth

Spraying seals the surface of chocolate and marzipan. The varnish protects the sugar works of art from moisture and leaves a beautiful shine on the surface. It is completely odorless and tasteless. This food varnish contains: alcohol, shellac E-904 and nitrogen (as an environmentally friendly safety propellant). If you want a matte shine or a natural look, then use Kabufix - light cocoa butter (Art. 11186) or dark (Art. 11187, with cocoa powder).
