These particularly delicate anchovies are caught in spring off the Amalfi coast. Our producers select the largest specimens to mature in chestnut barrels. They are then marinated in olive oil. This speciality tastes very good with air-dried or cooked ham. The small tin size in the beautiful packaging is ideal for picnics or a small meal with antipasti and salad.
