Available from the beginning of November. Medium-fruity oil made from Ogliarola Barese, Coratina and other Apulian olive varieties. Good reasons? Complex oil? Typically Apulian? For a delicate taste. Harmonious and elegant, with subtle spicy and bitter notes. This oil tastes very good with vegetables, cream cheese and fish.
