This innovative seasoning from the vinegar capital of Modena is made from barley malt and is a successful Italian experiment based on the English model. The maturation in oak barrels gives the malt vinegar inimitable wood aromas, similar to balsamic vinegar. It tastes aromatic, full-bodied and is very versatile. It goes well with grilled food and potato dishes, in vinaigrettes with spicy salads and recipes with cabbage. It also tastes good with more exotic dishes such as kimchi, tacos or even sushi and fish dishes. The stylish bottle is available in three label designs.
