The wafer-thin chips made from the aromatic Agria potato variety are fried in extra virgin olive oil at a low temperature. They are produced in the Spanish town of Priego di Cordoba in Andalusia. The oil comes from the immediate area. The pink salt from the Himalayas seasons these gourmet chips delicately and discreetly. They regularly win international awards such as gold at the 2021 Monde Selection in Brussels.
