The crispy shortbread, a typical Piedmontese pastry, tastes wonderfully buttery. It is hand-made from soft wheat flour, corn flour, 28% butter, bourbon vanilla and blossom honey. Apart from the vanilla, all the ingredients are Italian, including the sugar.
