Rose liqueur is a liqueur made from fresh, strongly scented rose petals, alcohol (grain and brandy) and sugar. To do this, the fresh and strongly scented rose petals are placed in hot water and left to steep for about 12 hours. The rose liqueur is heavily sweetened and not bitter. It can be used pure or with desserts and ice cream. The delicate rose flavor rounds off many desserts and gives them their own touch. Alcohol content: 54% vol.
