This delicately aromatic, complex honey is harvested in the summer months in the Po Valley and is made from a variety of flowers that bloom at the same time (mint, clover, solidago, acacia, sweet clover, etc.). It is an interesting accompaniment to cheeses, and it flavors salads and roast sauces. It is a delicacy on good bread with salted butter.
