Renato Bosco`s Pandoro, the fine Christmas cake speciality without sultanas and candied orange peel, originally a recipe from Verona, is in no way inferior in quality to its big brother Panettone. Once again, the master uses exclusively the intensively cultivated wheat sourdough. The purely artisanal Pandoro has a fine taste of butter and lemon.
