Pandoro classico mini, yeast cake with candied lemon peel paste, Olivieri 1882

The fine-pored, crumbly traditional cake made from Type 00 flour, eggs, butter and lievito madre, the sourdough starter, is elegantly flavored with a cream made from candied lemons. A small packet of powdered sugar is included, which you boldly put into the Pandoro packaging and shake it so that the whole cake is covered. With a glass of sparkling wine or a liqueur, it is a festive Advent companion.
