Pani-Puri (Gol-Gappa). 60% WHEAT FLOUR, tapioca starch, corn starch, corn flour, salt, raising agent: E500, palm oil. Preparation: Fry the slices in hot oil until golden brown and crispy. Drain on kitchen paper. Fill with favorite ingredients. Air fryer: Put 5 to 6 balls in the air fryer and fry for 60 seconds at +180°C. Microwave: Put 5-6 balls at maximum temperature for 50-60 seconds until the slices are completely puffed up. Tastes best when deep fried. Store in a cool, dry place.
