Kroepoek, also known as crab bread, is now available as a fine, flavorful version. The different flavors and colors guarantee a new taste experience. This version is spicy with red curry paste, seasoned with ground shrimp, is red in color and looks like a plant leaf when unbaked. The wafer-thin slices are fried in sunflower or peanut oil at 190°C for about 10 seconds. They more than double in size. Perfect for a rice table, as a decoration or just for snacking.
