Characteristics: best enjoyed at around -16°C, perfect for desserts, ice cream cones and quenelles, handmade from local raw materials, made from sun-ripened Honeoye strawberries known for their full flavour and colour. The microclimate on Samso provides perfect growing conditions. The berries are thawed and pureed with sugar to create a fresh and intense sorbet.
