Made from the finest mint paste and Kastbergs developed dark chocolate. This ice cream combines fresh mint flavour with crunchy Kastbergs chocolate, gently worked in by good Danish craftsmanship. Characteristics: best enjoyed at around -16°C, perfect for desserts and ice cream cones, handmade from local raw materials, with milk and cream. This classic ice cream is made in layers: a layer of mint ice cream and a spoonful of liquid dark chocolate are carefully mixed together and the process is repeated to evenly distribute the chocolate. The milk comes from Them Andelsmejeri, which sources its milk from farms within a 30 km radius, ensuring fast and fresh delivery. Kastbergs mint chocolate ice cream offers a perfect balance of creamy sweetness and refreshing mint, refined by the crunchy, self-developed chocolate.
