Kastberg`s Sea Buckthorn Sorbet is tart, fresh and incredibly creamy, ideal for sweet desserts or enjoyed on its own. Characteristics: best enjoyed at around -16°C, perfect for desserts, ice cream cones and quenelles, handmade from local raw materials. This sorbet is made from sea buckthorn berries, which are rich in vitamin C and antioxidants. The taste is sour, plum-like and lemony. The berries are thawed, sugared and blended to create a pure juice that is processed with water and solids to create a tart and sour sorbet.
