Salmon pink with shiny red reflections. Very intense color. Fine, exquisite, dynamic effervescence. A summery, fresh, wonderfully intense bouquet with notes of ripe, juicy yellow fruits (vineyard peaches), red, slightly sour berries (currants) and citrus fruits (blood oranges). After contact with air, there are also notes of apricots from Roussillon, reminiscent of jam. The start on the palate is flattering, juicy and concentrated. A saline, chalky freshness follows immediately and ensures an exquisite smoothness. The aromas are reminiscent of ripe, crisp fruit (vineyard peaches, nectarines) and citrus fruits (lemons), which give the wine a lemony, slightly bitter taste. The gentle, delicate effervescence is perfectly fused with a velvety texture. The extremely tasty, wonderfully long finish is almost a little salty and wonderfully reflects the dry, calcareous soils from which this champagne was produced, with a hint of tannins and bitter substances. It is characterized by a wonderful freshness, a wonderful balance and a great lightness. Velvety soft and salty. 96 / 100 Falstaff points.
