Vegetable-based liquid concentrate. 49% vegetable bouillon (water, onion, carrot, leek, CELERY, fennel, salt, thyme, lovage, bay leaf, black pepper), 18.5% rehydrated vegetable powder (onion, parsnip, parsley root, leek, mushroom, carrot, tomato, garlic), salt, sugar, flavourings, modified starch, alcohol vinegar, parsley extract, stabiliser: xanthan gum. Dosage: 20-30 ml per litre of boiling water. Can be used hot and cold. Add directly to the dish. Store in a dry and cool place. Store in the refrigerator after opening. Shake before use.
