The traditional Mexican tortillas are made from corn flour and can be filled with different things, e.g. cheese, chicken breast, tomatoes... Before processing, they should be slowly defrosted at room temperature. After filling, only put them in the oven for a very short time to warm up, otherwise they will become hard and brittle.
Corn flour tortillas, frozen. Ground corn, water, iodized table salt. Once thawed, store in the refrigerator and use within 3 days. Do not refreeze once thawed.
