The Graacher Himmelreich slate site, in combination with long contact with the yeast, enables the creation of this multi-layered, complex and at the same time very fine wine. Bright in color, typical fruity Riesling nose. A very fine, pleasant taste, with a very strong body and a subtle hint of fruit from candied lemon and orange. Overall a very harmonious, balanced Riesling.
