Jorg Geiger Inspiration 4.5 Grape Lapsang Souchong, still, alcohol-free

In order to reduce the sweetness and at the same time retain the fermentation aromas, this product was the first to undergo alcoholic fermentation with part of the apple. The alcohol was then cold-extracted to a residual alcohol content of 0.5% vol. The red fruit bouquet is dominated by the combination with the juice of the Schwarzriesling, Portugieser, Kerner and Muller-Thurgau grape varieties. The acidic Bittenfelder apple brings freshness and acidity, while the aronia berry provides a slight tartness and backbone. Reduced sugar, total alcohol content under 0.3% vol. Smell: Ethereal, herbaceous scent combined with the smoky notes of tea, tobacco and wood. Fine notes of blue grapes. Taste: Fine fruity, tart opening, with smoky notes of tea in the middle and aftertaste. The tannins of the black tea and the fruitiness of the grape linger on the palate for a long time.
