Udon noodles with sweet and sour taste. 78.3% noodles (water, WHEAT FLOUR, modified tapioca starch, salt, acidity regulator: E270), 19.6% sweet and sour sauce (sugar, water, concentrated syrup (lemon, water, sugar, acidity regulator: E330, thickener: E440, rice vinegar, tomato paste, salt, thickener: E1420, E415, hydrolyzed SOY PROTEIN, onion, yeast extract, pineapple, bell pepper, chili), 1.3% dried vegetables (dried carrots, dried bell pepper, dried spring onion), 0.8% garnish: fried shallots, SESAME SEEDS). Preparation: Remove the contents from the bowl. Add 4 tablespoons of water and the dried vegetables to the bowl. Add the noodles and sauce and cover without closing the bowl completely. Heat the bowl in the microwave at high power for about 2 minutes. Stir until evenly mixed and add the sesame seeds.
