The shell limestone soil in the beautiful Sauer valley surprises with true wonders and produces this unique, aromatic Sauvignon. The origin of this fresh wine lies in the southwest of France. A natural cross between the grape varieties Traminer and Chenin Blanc. This is probably where the name comes from: French sauvage, which means wild in German. In France, this grape variety is considered a noble grape. One of the most common grape varieties in the world, but if you are expecting an ordinary Sauvignon Blanc, you have not yet tasted this wild wine shaped by the Mosel terroir. It is incomparable and we are delighted! A potpourri of yellow fruits, gooseberries and fresh kiwi.
