A cuvee of Syrah, Merlot and Grenache. Aromas of cooked fruit and earthy components unfold in the mouth, dense and well-structured with soft tannins. At 13,000 hectares, Corbieres is the largest sub-region of the Languedoc. The Panis family has been running the winery for five generations and cultivates 65 hectares of vineyards, 39 of which are in the AOC Corbieres, predominantly red grape varieties. In addition to the classic southern French grape varieties, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon are grown on the clay, lime and gravel soils. The wine is grown with great respect for nature and the vines. Chateau du Vieux Parc is a member of the Vitealys association, which is committed to natural winegrowing.
