The cuvee consists of half Grenache Noir and half Cinsault. Strong fruit aromas of raspberry and strawberry meet a fine but balanced framework of acidity and body. The Heritage rose is particularly suitable for salads, pies and antipasti. The fruitiness of the wine also supports savoury dishes.
