Single Malt Whiskey Caol Ila Signatory 100 Proof, 10 years, 57.1% vol., Islay

The ten-year-old Caol Ila 2014 / 2024 is a showcase for the picturesque bay on the east coast of the island of Islay where it originated. Distilled in 2014, the 100 Proof Edition 28 was finished in first and refill Oloroso sherry butts by one of Scotland`s most successful independent bottlers. Signatory Vintage bottled the island whisky at a powerful 57.1% ABV and dispensed with coloring and chill filtration. The result is a full-bodied experience for seasoned smoke fans. Sweet peat smoke is combined with spicy sherry notes, pepper and raspberries.
