With this Aultmore at cask strength, the independent bottler Signatory provides us with a classic sherry-Speysider from the first fill Oloroso butt (500 liters). With notes of candied oranges, cinnamon, ginger and dark muscovado sugar, it delights us every time. Distilled in 2007, bottled in 2024. Great value for money for its age.
