Star chef Mario Kotaska and designer Michael Advena developed a cutting board made of Richlite, a robust, heat-resistant and hygienic material. The cutting board meets the high demands of professional chefs and remains functional and hygienic for years. With its modern design, it is an eye-catcher in every kitchen. The serving and cutting board is ideal for pizzas and tarte flambee and is dishwasher safe up to 65 degrees. It has a blade-friendly surface that keeps knives sharp for longer and is antibacterial, hygienic, germ-resistant and free of microplastics. The board is sustainably made from recycled paper and is heat-resistant up to 175 degrees. It is shock-resistant, warp-free, robust in everyday use and is made in Germany. The cutting surface protects the blade, which means knives need to be sharpened less often and no microplastics are produced. Thanks to its heat resistance, the board can also be used as a trivet and is resistant to discoloration and odors.
