The Bordeaux glass is perfect for medium to full-bodied, complex red wines with high tannin content. The generous size of this glass allows the bouquet to fully develop and smoothes the rough edges. It underlines the fruit, plays down the bitterness of the tannin and allows the wine to achieve balance. Definition is a further development of two previous Spiegelau collections: Willsberger (1982) and Hybrid (2011). Using a new technology developed in-house, Spiegelau has developed a collection of thin, machine-made glasses. These elegant glasses are as light as a feather, fit perfectly in the hand and bring out the aromas of the wine to their full potential. Crystal glass, machine-made and dishwasher safe.
