Veal stock in paste form. 23% veal demi-glace (water, veal bones, onions, carrots, leeks, tomato puree, garlic, black pepper, bay leaves, rosemary, thyme), flavourings, maltodextrin, potato starch, sunflower oil, hydrolysed WHEAT PROTEIN (WHEAT PROTEIN, salt), sugar, salt, CELERY, 3.1% veal meat extract (veal meat extract, salt), carrots, beef bouillon (beef extract, yeast extract, caramelised sugar, maltodextrin, lemon juice, concentrated), onion puree, garlic puree, tomato concentrate. Dissolve product in boiling or cold water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Base for sauce: 80g/l. Base for cooking: 43g/l. Storage: Store in a dry place and protect from heat.
