This traditional sesame paste is slowly made with a stone mill, which results in a particularly fine, aromatic paste. The same mills that are used for matcha tea. The sesame is not heated (below 30 degrees) and retains its particularly strong aroma without becoming bitter. The end product is very creamy and remains soft in the bag and is extremely easy to use! For hummus and other savory dishes, but also for desserts, e.g. simply enjoy as a sauce with vanilla ice cream.
