Japan has around 150 different types of citrus fruit. Daidai is rarely grown anymore and is very popular in Michelin-starred restaurants in Japan. As the name suggests, it is slightly bitter and refreshingly round, balanced with the sweetness of orange and refined with the juice of Natsumikan, the Japanese summer mandarin. A few splashes in sparkling water will help you get through the next hot summer. Ideal for mocktails and cocktails. But also as a base for ponzu and dressings. A MUST-HAVE for citrus fruit fanatics. This quality is highly concentrated, undiluted juice without preservatives or salt.
