In Japan, Sudachi is almost as popular as Yuzu. In fact, this citrus fruit, a specialty of the Tokushima province, is a cross between Yuzu and Tachibana orange. More acidic and less sweet than Yuzu, but more aromatic and fresher in taste than conventional limes, this specialty is often used for Ponzu. A classic of Japanese cuisine: grilled Matsutake mushroom (similar to our porcini mushroom) refined with a few drops of Sudachi. Pure with grilled fish, poultry or vegetables. For marinades, dressings, but also cocktails and desserts. This quality is free of preservatives or flavorings. Very intense 100% pure juice.
