This BBQ sauce has a fantastic aroma of Sansho, the Japanese mountain pepper. The subtle sweetness of Mirin and apples and strong garlic balance this sauce. Ideal for meat, vegetables and fish. Suitable as a marinade or dip. Also very tasty for refining fried noodles and fried rice. Shibanuma from the Ibaraki province has been a traditional Shoyu manufacturer since 1688.
