This sesame sauce goes with (almost) everything! The roasted taste of sesame combines with shoyu and miso and has an extra kick of garlic and ginger. Strong in taste thanks to the miso. Can be used in a similar way to a teriyaki sauce. Not just with grilled meat, but also for wok vegetables etc. This sauce is vegan. Yamada Sesame Oil Manufacturing Company was founded in 1934 by Yukata Yamada in Kyoto and has been family-owned ever since. The products are carefully hand-picked and obtained using traditional methods and only through a first pressing.
