2022 Pet Nat P Bambule sparkling wine, dry, 11.5% vol., Judith Beck, ORGANIC

AT-BIO-402 Sparkling wine as it used to be made. Without yeast, without dosage, without second fermentation. Only the grapes from the vineyard. The grapes for Pet Nat are pressed directly, fermented and bottled directly during the final fermentation. Fermentation is completed in the bottle, which is how the perlage forms. All bottles are disgorged by hand after more or less long yeast storage and one bottle is filled with the next bottle. This sparkling wine is floral, fruity and really refreshing.
