Pork and pork fat, salt, sugar (LACTOSE, glucose syrup, dextrose), 0.75% porcini mushrooms, spices, herbs, preservative: potassium nitrate, ripening cultures, natural casing (pork). Made with 148g pork per 100g sausage. Store in a dry place at up to +20°C.
