2023 Nit de les Garnatxes Argila DO Montsant, dry, 14.5% vol., Capcanes

Intense cherry red color; extremely powerful, muscular, stormy, fleshy. A complex wine with pronounced notes of undergrowth and tannin. THE `wild` UNTAMED of the four terroir wines grows on clay soils that are very compact and low in oxygen, making it difficult for the vine to fight for groundwater. The bottle is packaged in an artistically and didactically valuable comic in English, which brings this wine and the differences to the three other Garnachas in this series closer to the reader and connoisseur.
