2021 Dernauer Spatburgunder Blauschiefer, dry, 13% vol., Meyer-Nakel

This wine is strongly influenced by the minerality of the slate. It shows the typical character of a Pinot Noir grown on this terroir. In the foreground on the nose is an intense fruit of blackberry, blueberry, red currant and dark cherry, with subtle floral nuances and roasted aromas in the background. This is continued on the palate with a long finish with elegant tannins.
