This wine is an assemblage of two vintages of Gewurztraminer - for a perfect balance. Hand-picked grapes from this ancient grape variety were pressed after several days of maceration. The must was spontaneously fermented in a steel tank with the grape`s own yeast. A mineral wine with a subtle rose scent.
