Wonderfully compact and puristic with the impression of salty lemon and mouth-watering yellow contours. Is the short form of `Petillant Naturel` and means nothing other than `naturally sparkling`. The term stands for a natural method of producing sparkling wine that originates in France. In contrast to the champagne process, the carbon dioxide responsible for the mousseux comes directly from the first fermentation and the still fermenting wine is only bottled with sufficient residual sugar. The fermentation continues in the bottle and the carbon dioxide produced creates fine bubbles.
