On the palate it presents itself with a clear structure, harmonious acidity, pronounced minerality and refreshing fruit flavor with nuances of apple, light gooseberry, elderberry, grapefruit and a hint of citrus. Clear aftertaste. High flow rate guaranteed. Excellent with fresh salads, a wonderful accompaniment to Asian-inspired cuisine. Also goes well with ripe, spicy cheese.
