The 2021 unfiltered Riesling was selected from the best grapes from Winningen terraced vineyards and fermented spontaneously with wild yeasts in a small 500L wooden barrel. After 17 months of full yeast storage, it was bottled unfiltered and with minimal sulfur addition. Pure Riesling that is fun.
