A cuvee of organically - but not certified - matured Muller-Thurgau, Kerner and Riesling from Kobern. A great, delicious wine that is great when young, but gets better with time and air. Fermented spontaneously, the Muller-Thurgau was matured in 300 liter barriques, the Riesling in a stainless steel tank.
